Cornelius Today: An Idea to Lessen Traffic on Davidson’s Main Street

What if the solution to the daily congestion on Davidson's very own Main Street was to eliminate cars?

Davidson students Hannah Doyle '19 and Kenny Xu '19 take a look at long-term and short-term proposals to reduce traffic on Main Street.

They write: "A combination of a pedestrian-only zone to deter vehicles and the construction of several connecting roads to provide alternative ways around Main Street should serve to cut down on the stifling traffic around the heart of Davidson."
