Charlotte Talks: Prof. Susan Roberts on 'Clinton vs. Trump, Round One: Who Won? Any Minds Changed?'

The first of three presidential debates was held Monday night. Both candidates faced particularly interesting challenges in terms of their approach to the debate, in style and content. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have been locked in a fierce and tightening race—following the debate, "Charlotte Talks" asked a panel of experts, including Associate Professor of Political Science Susan Roberts, what role will this and the other debates might play in the final outcome of the election. Roberts joined Scott Huffman, of Winthrop University, and Eric Heberlig, of UNC Charlotte, to look at the candidates' performances.
