World Politics Review: Prof. Ken Menkhaus on Somalia's Election Troubles

Voting has begun for the upper house of Somalia's Federal Parliament, but voting for the lower house, which was due to begin Oct. 23, has been delayed. While both houses are due to elect a new president on Nov. 30, security and logistical challenges mean the presidential election is also likely to be postponed.
