German Student Receives High Honors, Fulbright Combined Award

German Studies faculty members connect with Audrey Plimpton '20 over Zoom

German Studies and political science major Audrey Plimpton '20 received High Honors on her senior thesis, “Die Sprache des Populismus,” and was the recipient of the 2020 Bremer Award. 

Audrey was also awarded a Fulbright Combined Award to spend the upcoming academic year in Salzburg, Austria.  

Fulbright Austria awards are only available to a total of eight participants. The study and research grants support recipients' academic research projects while recipients work as teaching assistants at Austrian secondary schools and take classes part-time at Austrian universities.
