Student Studying Wearing Mask

Many things are different this year, but one thing remains the same: Davidson’s newest students enrich the campus community with their many talents and unique attributes.

Before their arrival at Davidson, this class as a whole made commitments to volunteer service and social justice in their communities. They are an athletic group, with 118 joining varsity teams, and the majority having lettered or played a varsity sport.

Many have learned to appreciate other cultures and have traveled abroad for academic pursuits, service and personal enrichment. They have been the leaders and creative entrepreneurs in their communities. And they bring resilience to their first year at Davidson, having ended their high school careers and started their college careers during a pandemic.
