The two feline residents of the President’s house like their new digs.
Hamilton and Virginia are people cats who enjoy family time.
They’ve also figured out how to open the doors to the newly renovated formal living (and hosting college guests’) room, so the family installed baby locks to keep them out.
When company comes, they’re relegated to the family’s bedrooms upstairs, or in this case, an enclosed porch off the kitchen, where an “I’m on the outside looking in” Virginia stares mournfully at visitors.
