Three-Peat: Davidson Golf Lands Another A-10 Title

Davidson captured its third consecutive Atlantic 10 Men’s Golf Championship and fourth in the last five competitions. Alex Heffner finished with a 54-hole total of 10-under 206 to win individual medalist April 30 at Reunion Resort.

The Wildcats (865 | +1), who led wire-to-wire, carded a final round 300 to win by eight strokes over league-newcomer Loyola-Chicago (+9). VCU (+17) finished 16 back of Davidson, followed by George Washington (+23) and Richmond (+25).

This was the ninth conference crown in school history, and Davidson will make its fourth NCAA Regional appearance as a team.
