A Typical Day at the Library
A typical day includes meetings with team members and across teams collaborating on special library projects. Each day involves the processing and approval of invoices between two systems the college’s financial system, Banner, and the library’s Integrated System, ALMA. Other financial duties include the preparation of statistical reports, budget balancing, and reporting. I manage and coordinate the custodial staff, maintenance of the library, including the building, equipment, and door access.
