Background
I am a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Wake Forest University. I come with a background in Montessori Elementary Education, as it embraced holistic learning and the development of the child. I look forward to using basic skills of empathy and listening to allow each student to know that they are being heard. Knowing the benefits of mindfulness and nature, I am looking forward to how I may implement these in my practice and be a resource for students. I am hoping for students to enjoy the benefits of feeling empowered and the strength to make choices in their individual lives.
