Academic Access & Disability Resources Graduate Intern

Education

  • M.Ed. Penn State University (May 2026)
  • B.S. Penn State University

Background

I am excited to serve as a graduate intern for the AADR office during the Spring 2026 semester! In this role, I will provide academic support to students who are interested in improving their organizational skills, study habits, and better understanding how they learn. I will also oversee the Disability Senior Celebration in April and look forward to recognizing our future graduates.

I am currently in my last semester of the M.Ed. in Higher Education program at Penn State. The focus of my degree is student engagement, and over the past year, I have taken courses on college students and their success, student affairs, and academic advising. My professional philosophy is that students have the right to a fulfilling college experience, and in my role, I will provide them the resources and support to achieve that.

In addition to work and school, I enjoy finding coffee shops, reading, and spending time in the sun! I am new to North Carolina and Davidson, so I am always open to learning more about the ins and outs of campus, Davidson traditions, and activities in the area.
