International Students

Financial aid is available for early- and regular-decision admission applicants.

While we are aware of financial circumstances during the admission process for international students, Davidson is committed to meeting 100 percent of the calculated financial need for those admitted, with the exception of recruited athletes, who are eligible for dedicated athletic funding. Please be aware that financial aid for international students is limited and competitive, and students interested in seeking financial assistance must apply for aid at the time of applying for admission, meeting all published application deadlines.

Applications for financial assistance from international students submitted after admission to Davidson are not accepted, nor will they be accepted for the duration of enrollment at Davidson. Required Forms for All International Students

All international students are required to submit the Financial Verification Form even if you are not planning on filing for financial aid. This form, alongside all other financial aid verification and application documents will be available in your student portal after you submit your application. 

International Students Applying for Financial Aid

If you are applying for financial aid, complete the Financial Verification Form before the CSS profile. If your family's financial contribution for your education will be less than $5,000 per year, you will have access to an alternative form on your Davidson admission portal. If your family contribution will be more than $5,000 per year, we require the CSS Profile.

Complete this online form: CSS Profile. (Please note, Davidson does not provide fee waivers for the CSS Profile, which is $25.)

Outside Scholarships & Resources from Non-Governmental Sources

Learn more about the treatment of Outside Scholarships & Resources. In all cases, as soon as possible after they are notified of their outside award, students must complete and submit Davidson's Outside Resource Notification Form, so award adjustments may be made as needed. Davidson Scholarships

International applicants, with the exception of international transfer applicants, are eligible for all of our scholarships. Please note if a separate application is required for a specific scholarship.
