Information for Reunion Weekend 2026 is listed below unless otherwise noted.
If you require special assistance during Reunion Weekend, we are happy to help. Reunion Weekend facilities and on-campus housing locations are ADA-compliant.
Please contact Lauren Lausier in Alumni and Family Engagement at lalausier@davidson.edu or call 704-894-2907 to arrange any accommodations or special assistance.
Open containers are not permitted outdoors on campus. Campus Police will enforce this policy throughout the weekend.
Wells Fargo is available on the third floor of the Alvarez College Union. Wells Fargo, Fifth Third and First National ATMs are available on Main Street in downtown Davidson.
Attire for the weekend is usually casual. You are welcome to come “dressy casual” for the evening dinner, but it is not a requirement. The next question is usually, "What is dressy casual?" There are a mix of khakis or nice slacks, golf/button-down shirts or blouses and simple dresses to the class dinner—anything goes. It can be cold or warm in the buildings, depending on the weather, so consider bringing layers. Check the weather forecast as the weekend approaches.
Prior to and following the major events of the weekend, golf carts will be available to shuttle guests who need assistance to and from the Baker Sports Complex parking lot as well as between event locations.
If you need a ride to or from campus, please contact Uber, Car-olina Car Service (704-589-1548) or Lake Norman Limousine (704-506-0788).
We will accept new registrations or adjustments to existing registrations online until 5 p.m. EDT on Thursday, May 28, 2026. After this time, any new or modified registrations must be completed in person at the Reunion Welcome Center as a walk-up registration.
Please note that class dinner seats are limited, and walk-up registrations may not be guaranteed.
Full registration cancellations can be made online at any time.
Need a place to work before Reunion? Stop by the Jay Hurt Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to work from campus on Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Enjoy our coworking community to take calls, answer emails and meet with fellow alumni - all while enjoying coffee and donuts!
For any questions, contact Kelly Weaver at keweaver@davidson.edu.
The caterers will make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs at all Reunion events. To ensure we are prepared, please include details about any dietary preferences when you register.
If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to email us at specialeventsoffice@davidson.edu.
If an emergency arises during Reunion Weekend, immediately dial 911. Family and friends can also contact the Davidson College Campus Police at 704-894-2178. Please ensure they know the class year with which you are associated.
All guests must fill out a waiver and pick up a CatCard at the Welcome Center to use the facility.
The Nisbet Fitness Center will be available to alumni and families throughout the weekend. It is equipped with treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, Nautilus equipment, exercise balls, and stretching mats. The fitness center is located on the first floor of the Alvarez College Union and will be accessible from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 7 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
The Lake Campus will be open for alumni from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday during Reunion Weekend. Bring a bathing suit, picnic and your nametag to present to the gate attendant for admittance. Visitors are able to check out kayaks and paddleboards between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. As a reminder, no alcohol is allowed.
To reach the Lake Campus (152 Lake Campus Drive) from Davidson, take I-77 north to Exit 31/Langtree Road. Go left/west on Langtree Road for .7 miles. At the traffic circle, take the second exit to stay on Langtree Road and proceed .3 miles to Lake Campus Drive. Take a right on Lake Campus Drive and follow to the gatehouse entrance. Parking is free.
A Lost and Found will be available at the Welcome Center during open hours. If you need help after hours, please call 704-894-2040, and a staff member will be available to assist you.
Nametags will be required for entry to all Reunion Weekend events. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please keep your nametag with you at all times. Guests without a nametag may be denied entry, so be sure to wear yours throughout the weekend. Thank you for your cooperation!
Menu and nutritional information for the Picnic & Lawn Party and Class Reunion Dinner. This has not been edited for Reunion 2026.
Please be aware that some areas of campus will be under construction. Keep mobility and accessibility in mind when navigating those areas.
Long-term reunion parking is available in the Baker Sports Complex and Stowe parking lots (near Baker Sports Complex), with accessible parking spaces available in both locations.
Campus maps and directions will be available at the Welcome Center, and you can also view the campus map via Google. Please note that two-hour parking is enforced on most streets within the town of Davidson.
All Patterson Court houses will be closed during Reunion Weekend, except for events taking place at Summit Coffee Outpost and the Spencer-Weinstein Center for Community and Justice (formerly Emanon, Pax, and the Outpost). Please note that a police officer will be on-site.
In case of inclement weather, rain plans will be shared on the main Reunion webpage, via text, and email. You can also call the Reunion phone number at 704-894-2040 for updates. Please note that a rain plan may be implemented even if it is not currently raining, as the ground may be too soggy to set up chairs and tables.
We invite you to visit The Oasis, a reflection, meditation, and prayer space provided by the Chaplain's Office, located on the fourth floor of the Alvarez College Union. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Refunds will be granted for a cancellation made ahead of Reunion. Please see the cancellation policy for more specific details.
Online registration will open on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Day by day full schedule for Reunion 2026, including campus resources.
Davidson tries to keep reunion costs to a minimum while offering a wide range of quality activities.
Should your financial situation prevent you from attending, please email Lauren Lausier in the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement at lalausier@davidson.edu or call 704-894-2907 to discuss your options confidentially.
By attending Reunion, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Images and videos may be used by Davidson College for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
To get an idea of what to expect, enjoy the online gallery (Gallery password: reunion25) highlighting many of the events and gatherings that took place throughout Reunion Weekend in 2025. Several photographers were on campus throughout the weekend to take candid photographs during Reunion Weekend.
Reunion Weekend 2026 pictures will be posted in mid-June 2026.
Stop at the Harry L. Vance Athletic Center, Baker Sports Complex, as soon as you arrive on campus to check-in and pick-up registration and on-campus housing materials. The Welcome Center is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday Friday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
If you arrive after these hours, proceed to your first event to check in at that location.
A list of registered attendees for the weekend will be available on the registration website. Updates are made automatically upon registration and are not managed by college staff.
Leading up to and during Reunion Weekend, be sure to follow Alumni and Family Engagement on Twitter (@Davidsonalums), Instagram (@davidsonalumni), and Facebook (@DavidsonAlumni). We'll be posting photos and updates on all three accounts throughout the weekend. When posting on your personal accounts, use #DavidsonReunion and your class-specific hashtag (e.g. #Davidson2025) or tag one of the accounts in your photo to share your experiences with fellow alumni.
