Meal Plans

For the 2026-2027 school year, members of the Class of ’27 will continue to choose from a 2/Week Plus, 4/Week Plus, 6/Week Plus, 8/Week Plus or All Access Meal Plan. All members of this class are required to choose at least the 2/Week Plus plan, whether living on or off campus. 2026-2027 Meal Plan options and pricing can be viewed in the links below.

All students graduating after summer 2027 will be required to carry the All Access Plan. No action is required on the student’s part to initiate this assignment.

All students graduating after summer 2027 that receive permission from the Residence Life Office to live off campus and who exercise that option are allowed to choose from our legacy plans (2+MP, 4+MP, 6+MP, 8+MP) or the All Access Meal Plan.

The All Access Plan provides unlimited visits to Vail Commons whenever it is open, along with six base retail swipes each week valued at up to $12.50 per swipe. If you want more flexibility, you can choose to add three or six extra swipes to your plan for a weekly total of six, nine, or twelve swipes. These retail swipes are called Meal Plan Equivalencies and reset every Sunday based on your selected plan. Davis Café, Qdoba, Chick-fil-A, The Commons Market, Wildcat Den, Wildcat Concessions, and Summit Outpost all accept Meal Plan Equivalencies.

The All Access Plan also comes with $250 in Dining Dollars that can be used at any dining location on campus including vending machines. 

Any unused Dining Dollars at the end of the fall semester roll over to the spring semester, but Dining Dollars remaining at the end of the spring semester are forfeited. 

During college breaks, excluding the break between fall and spring semester, students on All-Access Plans will have their plan altered to ensure they have access to three meals per day at those locations that are open at that time. Note that typically no dining locations are open on Thanksgiving Day.

Members of the Classes of ’28 and ‘29 who join a Patterson Court Organization that provides meals, will still be billed for the cost of an All Access Plan, but their plan assignment will be a combination Patterson Court/Dining Services plan which will provide the equivalent of up to 21 meals per week. Please contact your house treasurer for options and enrollment instructions.

We are excited to share that Dining Services is now offering add-on Meal Plan Equivalencies as a new option for the All Access Meal Plan. Students who prefer to have more meals at on-campus retail locations may purchase three or six additional equivalencies detailed below. 
 
Meal Plan Equivalency Plus 3: Provides three additional meals (valued up to $12.50 each) at retail locations, for nine total per week. Add on 3 swipes per week: $270/ Semester (total 9 retail swipes per week).

Meal Plan Equivalency Plus 6: Provides six additional meals (valued up to $12.50 each) at retail locations, for twelve total per week. Add on 6 swipes per week: $489/ Semester (total 12 retail swipes per week).

Please note, these purchases must be completed each semester before the conclusion of the first week of classes. Refunds will not be available after those time periods and the add-ons will stay in place for each semester that purchases are made.
