Founded in the summer of 2000, Davidson College Day Camp at the Lake is a unique and exciting opportunity for rising fifth through ninth graders to make lifelong friends, learn new skills, and make memories.
Weekly sessions allow campers the opportunity to experience Davidson College's 100+ acre Lake Campus facility through activities that include: waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, archery, swimming, and more. Camp runs Monday through Friday, with six sessions offered in June and July.
Our mission is to enrich the lives of young people through a quality camp experience.
Our goals are to increase self-confidence and self-esteem, develop new skills, provide an opportunity to make new friends, provide a fun, safe space, and of course, to have fun!
