As an employee, you are paid on a bi-weekly basis and must have checks directly deposited to a financial institution of your choice.
Hourly employees (including students), are paid every other Friday. Timesheets must be submitted by 10 a.m. on the Monday following the end of the pay period and approved by your supervisor by noon. Payment is processed and available after 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
Salaried employees are paid on the same bi-weekly schedule as hourly employees. Leave reports must be submitted on a monthly basis, by the sixth day of the following month. For example, January's leave report is due by February 6. Leave reports must be submitted each month, even if no sick or vacation days were taken.
