- Guest House only available as an event venue when all sleeping rooms in the house are rented to the group reserving the space. Other restrictions may apply.
- Availability of venues is always contingent on the college calendar. Rates do not include setup of rooms or technical support staff.
- These charges can vary significantly by location and on the needs of the event.
- All catering for non-college groups must be provided by Much Ado, Davidson College catering, and they reserve the right to allow outside catering coverage.
- All rental charges are subject to tax.
