Our employee recognition program was created to acknowledge longstanding commitment to Davidson, and to recognize excellence in the areas of quality service, process improvement and teamwork.
Wildcat Service
We honor employees who show a longstanding commitment to our college. Employees receive a service award linked directly to their Cat Card at five-year service intervals, starting at ten years. They receive $10 for each year of service.
