We are fortunate to have a number of facilities right in Davidson's vicinity for getting outdoors and tackling new adventures.

Challenge Course

Nestled in the woods beyond the college's cross-country trails, our challenge course is designed for groups who want to get to know one another better, increase trust, improve group problem solving, foster better communication skills and expand creative thinking.

We offer programs on both our high and low course elements. Our high course includes an Alpine Tower that allows participants to climb using harnesses and ropes and support one another from the ground. Our low course consists of structures that challenge groups to work together to solve problems and reach goals through both physical and mental challenge. We have an 8 person minimum for all groups. High course programs have an 18 person maximum and low course programs have a 24 person maximum.

If you are interested in learning more about the challenge course or scheduling a program, please reach out to Caitlin Reilly (careilly@davidson.edu).
