Administrative Computing & Business Applications
Technology & Innovation (T&I) provides and supports technology solutions supporting the college’s business processes, often in partnership with IT staff in departments and divisions.
For all services, T&I supports single sign-on authentication and data integration to and from the enterprise data warehouse and key campus systems. As needed, T&I provides server hosting and application and system administration services.

At the end of 2023, Davidson will launch Oracle Cloud as our unified Human Resources and Business Services platform.

Common Business Applications
Banner Self-Service (login required), is the home for student information, accounts receivable, financial aid and more.
Davidson uses Blackbaud CRM to support alumni and donor services.
Send and manage agreements with DocuSign, our secure e-signature solution.
Etrieve is used to manage document workflow and business processes. Admins are granted permission to scan, store and retrieve paper documents and electronic files.
Event Management System (EMS)
EMS (login required) is our tool for on-campus facility/space management and room reservations. It is also the repository for all campus calendar events.
Emergency Response System
Public Safety manages Davidson’s emergency response system (SSAFER), which notifies the campus of emergencies. These emergencies may affect T&I services.
