Contractors are required to conduct their work activities in a safe and compliant manner that is protective of the students, staff and visitors, and property of Davidson College and the surrounding community.
Contractors are responsible for having their own program that meets all local, state and federal Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, as well as Davidson College requirements. Contractors will coordinate all activities with the appropriate Davidson project manager, who will enlist the support of the Davidson EHS Office as needed.
The EHS Contractor Agreement Form (PDF) must be reviewed and signed by all contractors and subcontractors prior to beginning work at the college. Davidson project managers shall incorporate this form as an addendum into all contracts.
