The Technology & Innovation (T&I) Support Center is your resource for resolving issues and getting answers about tools and technology at Davidson.

We aim to respond to non-urgent issues within the same business day. Whether you need a password reset, your computer won’t start up, or the WiFi is out in your building, we’re here to help.

How to Get Support

There are many ways to receive support from T&I. To get support you can:

For urgent issues after hours, please check for reported outages. If the issue hasn’t been reported, call us at 704-894-2900.

Student Consultants

Trained student consultants are part of the team that provides first-level support. If they are unable to resolve your issue, they’ll escalate it to the appropriate T&I staff member.

If you’re a student interested in joining our team, no experience is necessary. Visit Davidson’s student job portal, Handshake (login required) and search for “Student Technology Consultant.”

Specialized Department & Faculty Support

T&I provides specialized consulting and resources—people, tools, software/applications and equipment—to all departments.

Relationship Managers

Academic and administrative departments are assigned a T&I relationship manager who is knowledgeable about their business needs and can assist with navigating T&I. Whether you’re faculty member with a unique project or a staff member with a routine request, your relationship manager can help.
