Career Development Summer Internship Grant
The Career Development Summer Internship Grant assists students with cost-of-living expenses while they participate in unpaid or low-paying summer internships. Grants are available in $1,000 -$5,000 amounts.

Tom Anstrom Internship Fund Grant
The Tom Anstrom Internship Fund Grant supports students pursuing internships in progressive public policy, politics, or social justice with an award of $5,000.

Bill Boyd Entrepreneurial Internship Grant
The Bill Boyd Entrepreneurial Internship Grant supports students pursuing internships with organizations of an entrepreneurial mindset, in particular, opportunities in business, sales or leadership with small- to medium-sized companies. Grants are available in the amount of $3,000.

Boyd Family Internship Grant
The Boyd Family Internship Grant assists students who are participating in internships with a focus on education, public service or civic engagement. Grants are available in the amount of $3,000.

Boswell Family Experiential Learning Grant
The Boswell Family Experiential Learning Grant supports outstanding students in the pursuit of hands-on experiences that will contribute to their overall professional development and understanding of the corporate / business world. With funding up to $5,000, award recipients may pursue developmental experiences such as professional internships or high-impact certification programs that deliver tangible career development through leaders in the field.

The Cassell Family/Partners in Health Internship Fund
The Cassell Family/Partners in Health Internship Fund, created by Ralph and Gail Cassell supports one student each summer to work with Partners in Health in Lima, Peru.  The fund provides $5,000 to cover the selected student’s round-trip travel and living expenses for a minimum of 10 weeks. The internship is available only with Partners in Health in Lima, Peru.  

Emerging Professionals Group Grant
The Emerging Professionals Group Grant supports the exploration of career aspirations through internships for students who are from underrepresented populations. Grants are awarded up to $5,000.

Falconi Family Internship Grant
The Falconi Family Internship Grant supports students pursuing unpaid or low-paying internships in the business, finance, healthcare administration or technology industries with up to $5,000 in funding.

Golden Family Internship Grant
The Golden Family Internship Grant supports students pursuing summer internships that are consistent with their career interests. Grants are awarded in amounts up to $5,000.

Hall Family Internship Grants
The Hall Family Internship Grants assist students who are participating in unpaid or low-paying internships with organizations of entrepreneurial mindsets or those that are focused on community and social service. Grants are awarded in amounts up to $5,000.

Holly Hayes Hanke Innovation + Entrepreneurship Internship Grant
The Innovation + Entrepreneurship Grant supports students pursuing unpaid or low-paying internships with organizations of an entrepreneurial mindset. Opportunities with for-profit startups and innovative companies will be given priority. Grants are available in the amount of up to $5,000.

International Summer Internship Grant
The International Summer Internship Grant supports students who accept unpaid internships with nonprofit organizations or government agencies in developing countries. Grants are given in the amount of $4,000.

Layendecker Family Internship Fund
Established in honor of Katherine Layendecker, Class of 2015, the first graduate of the Gender and Sexuality Studies Program and recipient of the Sally G. McMillen Prize for her honors thesis, to honor and advance her passion for public service, social justice and human and civil rights, this fund provides financial assistance to students who are participating in unpaid or low-paying internships related to gender and sexuality issues or to help fund summer research in gender and sexuality issues.

Locke White Jr. Internship Fund
The Locke White Jr. Internship Fund was established anonymously in memory of Professor Locke White Jr., Class of 1939, for student internships. Grants are available in the amount up to $5,000.

Logan Arts & Culture Grant
The Logan Arts & Culture Grant supports Davidson students pursuing summer internships in the visual, literary and performing arts. The grant provides students with funding up to $2,500 for internships.

Dr. Randy Nelson Summer Internship Grant
The Dr. Randy Nelson Summer Internship Grant was established by former students and friends of Dr. Randy Nelson to honor his significant contributions to the College, the internship fund supports Davidson students pursuing summer internships in the visual, literary and performing arts. The fund provides up to $7,500 in grant money through the Center for Career Development each summer.

MacDonald Family Internship Grant
The MacDonald Family Internship Grant supports students pursuing summer internships that are consistent with their career interests with up to $5,000 in funding.

Bert Mobley Internship Grant
The Bert Mobley Internship Grant supports students pursuing student exploration of conservative ideas and careers through internships in conservative non- profits, action groups, interest groups, advocacy groups, media organizations or political campaigns. Grants are awarded in amounts up to $5,000.

Morehead Family Internship Grant
Established by Cindy and Richard ‘Dick’ H. Morehead, Class of 1956, this fund supports high-impact summer internships in a broad scope of industries. Grants are available in amounts up to $5,000.

Ginny Newell '78 Arts Fund
The Ginny Newell ‘78 Arts Fund enables students to broaden their horizons—both physically and intellectually—through summer internships in the study of and/or support of the visual arts, beyond the scope of North Carolina or their hometown. Grants are available in the amount of up to $5,000.

Juliana Tazewell Porter Memorial Internship Fund
The Juliana Tazewell Porter Memorial Internship Fund assists outstanding Davidson students, with priority given to student-athletes, pursuing summer internships in the medical or another healthcare-related field, with grants up to $5,000.

Gerald Lee Wilson '58 and Virginia S. Wilson Internship Fund Grant
The Gerald Lee Wilson '58 and Virginia S. Wilson Internship Fund Grant supports students exhibiting financial need in their pursuit of internships that are consistent with their career interests. Grants are awarded in amounts up to $5,000.
