Career Development and Alumni & Families
We encourage you to maintain a connection to Davidson via the network available to you through the Alumni Association and the Betty and B. Frank Matthews II ’49 Center for Career Development (Matthews Center). You can make a difference in the lives of our current students, who love when alumni reconnect with the college to share internships and jobs or offer advice on careers.
We are delighted to be working with your student during his or her time in college and beyond. Successful planning for life after Davidson begins well before the senior year, so please encourage your student to visit us early and often. You also play a vital role in your student’s career development journey.
Support Current Wildcats
Students need and deeply appreciate the support you can provide as they look to launch their careers. You can be an active supporter by mentoring students through Davidson Connect, offering internship or full-time opportunities, serving as a job shadowing host or participating in the Davidson College Network group on LinkedIn or virtual networking sessions, just to name a few options.
Alumni Seeking Career Support
As a Davidson alumnus/a, we are here to advise you about your career and support your success. Many of our current resources are available for alumni use. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 704-894-2132 to schedule an appointment and learn more.
