From Dorm Room to Drone Labs: Davidson College and Lucid Bots Launch Innovation Fellows Program
Davidson College and Lucid Bots have partnered to launch the Davidson Innovation Fellows Program, a 12-month fellowship that provides recent graduates with paid, immersive experience in robotics and artificial intelligence. Founded by Andrew Ashur ’19 at Davidson’s Hurt Hub, Lucid Bots is now a leader in autonomous drones and robots for exterior cleaning. This "full-circle" initiative strengthens workforce development in North Carolina by connecting liberal arts thinking with cutting-edge engineering and data analysis.
