Financial aid for the Odyssey pre-orientation program is robust. Any incoming student receiving financial aid to attend Davidson can receive aid for the Odyssey. We match 100% of the aid given by Davidson, minus a minimum program fee of $25 that every participant will pay. For example, if you receive 100% aid from Davidson you will pay only the $25 program fee to attend Outdoor or Service Odyssey.
We also provide a travel allowance for Sessions 1 and 2 of Outdoor Odyssey and all sessions of Service Odyssey. We calculate this based on a flight cost survey and your percent of financial aid. If you live within 250 miles of Davidson, we will base your travel cost on your roundtrip mileage.

When we receive your registration, we will email you your adjusted costs and travel allowance information, if you are eligible for a financial aid package.
We will bill your Davidson College account on the first day of your session. By registering, you agree to pay any Odyssey program charges when they are applied to your College account. Please read the cancellation policy carefully.
If you cancel 23 days or more prior to the start of your session you will not be billed. We will bill 50 percent of your calculated program fee for cancellations from 22 to 9 days prior to the start of your session. We will bill 100 percent of your calculated program fee for cancellations made less than 9 days prior to the start of your session.
